Right of Withdrawl - Cancellation policy ​ ​

 

Exclusion of revocation - right of return for custom-made products and hygiene items. ​

 

Please note that our custom made items are non-returnable and the items are made by hand. Slight deviations from the original are unavoidable!

 

Custom made: Are all items that are individually manufactured in terms of shape, color and equipment. ​

 

Hygiene products: Are all items that can be worn on the face. Due to their color and nature (backing with fleece, etc.), cleaning / disinfection is not possible.

 

​ Goods that are damaged during shipping are excluded. If you receive your item damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures.

Please do not undertake any repairs yourself! ​ ​

 

 

Free cancellations of orders are not possible.

In any event of a cancellation, a fee of  CHF 14,39 will be charged.

This consists of chargeback fee of the payment provider (Wix Payments).

We don't have any influence of that! ​
